I wanted to keep this run easier today so I put the HRM to go off at 156. It slowed me down a little. Towards the end I was feeling really good and just wanted to finish strong. I turned off the alerts and just went out at what felt comfortable.
I'm glad that I did this same last week. Running 9+ miles on a weekday was not normal and took a few times to get used to. We'll see how I deal with the 11+ milers!
