Seriously. I need to do this more often. I stashed some water behind a sign and ran 2x4.5ile loops around it. My mouth was super dry after 50 min. That water felt great. I was starting to feel the same after 80 min... This heat sucks you dry.
Heart and lungs felt fine by my legs were toast at the end.
