I tried to do a progressive type run today, starting out at about 10:15ish and working my way down to 9:20ish. I feel like I accomplished that.
I woke up earlier than I had expected. My son woke me up several times last night complaining of foot pain. The first few miles of the run, I felt like I was learning to run all over again. My body didn't settle into the groove until at least mile 5 or 6.
My legs felt heavy and tired today. There has been some slight tightness in my right ankle and knee after Sunday's long/tempo run.
My HRM continues to be problematic.
