The 1200m intervals felt almost easy. At time I was going way too fast ~ 8min/mile instead of the desired 8:20 pace. My heart rate dropped into the 150's in the minute between each interval giving me plenty of time to recover. It made me feel strong and relaxed.
Easy run tomorrow. Running 6x a week has had a positive impact on my running.
