Great little recovery run. Attempted to keep my HR < 70% HRR (146). It was nice and overcast and got sprinkled on toward the end of the run. My legs feel a little tired this week. Another big week for me. I keep imagining my race: 10 miles of an easy 8:20 pace then kicking it up to 8:00 for the last 5k followed by a strong kick for the last 100m. I just can't wait.
