pretty fast bike course with the exception of the 1/2 mile wood bridge at the beginning and end. felt okay for the first half, passed some people and moved into 3rd on the road (still 3 minutes behind elites that were around me). rode a bit with adam (team psycho) who caught me in the second half. didn't really have a strong desire to push in the second half, just wasn't feeling great. and i guess what can i expect, since i've hardly been on the bike in the past few weeks. ended up with 4th best bike split.
