duxbury beach tri. got in the water for a bit before the start. first wave, with elites starting 3 minutes behind me. this swim was pretty bad, but i can't expect much since i haven't been swimming. most of the elites passed me in the water. saw the leaders leaving transition as i was coming in, which put them over 4 minutes ahead already.
