just jogged this, my race was already long since over. couldn't go faster without throwing up.
finished with some pretty good heat stroke. after the race i got pretty cold. threw up within 30 seconds anytime i tried to walk. continued to throw up for 4 hours (including the entire car ride home and while trying to walk the 30 feet from the car to the hotel) until i finally fell asleep. this race exceeded expectations.
