Notes

2x3 miles with 3 minutes rest in between. with joe, greg keshian, jim on the way out, mostly alone on the way back. stopped after 4.5 miles and took an extra 20 seconds rest because I was slowing down, then managed to finish okay. some pain in quad and foot from crash on monday, but not too bad. didn't feel super-fresh for this workout, dehydrated today.
