5x1600 with 2:30 rest. 3rd 400 at repeat pace, the rest at threshold. good workout with joe, rory, brian. started late on the first one, so only had a rest of 1:45 to catch up with the group. The repeat 400s were tough, usually around 74 with the second lap always much slower than the first, no matter how hard i tried to work. Pretty comfortable for the last 400 at threshold though. Overall felt much stronger than expected.
