FR group run with 2km easy warm-up on my own.

Felt harder in spite of short distance/recovery week run, since the overall pace is waaay too fast. Should focus on holding back other than MT and especially during the first half.

Nike tank+NB shorts, deceivingly warm. (didn't carry water, but choco milk at the end)
