Notes
4km warm up and fartlek at the track.
2 min. fast/slow, 1 min. fast/slow, 30 sec fast/slow X 4 sets. Went out a bit too fast on the 1st set. and had to pull back. 3&4th definitely felt harder.
Tried to focus on short strides and leaning forward. Mid-back didn't get too stiff.
dhb tank+Nike shorts. Was very warm.
