It's 4:32 and I'm taking a Thermalyte in preparation for the run :)
Weight after run : 146!!! Really?? Maybe I AM losing fat weight :)
Stats: Great tempo run! Started slow and it HELPED! Negative splits. Left calf didn't have issues. I kept the stride short and focused on using glutes and hamstrings with high turnover. I also noticed my HR was very low throughout the run!
6.30 miles in 51:37 which is an 8:11 pace. Burned 545 calories. Avg HR was 140 and max of 168.
