Weight after swim(Coconut Water taken): 146.4 CRAZY LOW!
I need to hydrate A LOT before long swims...and the race. Wow.
3000m done in 1:19:25. Felt really good in the water today. Could it be Providence? I hope I'm just getting better :) Right shoulder a little sore but I rushed out the house to get there(not knowing what kind of commute it would be(18min)) so I didn't stretch before. Next time.
