Going to try the elliptical this morning for 30-45 minutes tops.
Morning weight: 149.4
Yesterday and today during left quad stretches, I noticed a spot on the tendon different than the original area with tendnitis with some minor discomfort. Not sure what to make of it, since it's not even a 1/10 in pain. Also it could be that I'm off the NSAIDs and that I now feel it.
We'll see.
Weight before elliptical: 149.6(?)
Stats: 45 minutes of elliptical. Burned 429 calories. Avg HR was 132 and max of 159. Elliptical was good. Kept my HR moderate to high.
Weight after elliptical: 148.0
