Nutrition for run: NUUN/CPro only since I'm beginning a 6+ hour workout at this point and need the carbs.
Weight before run: 147.0 ?? Eating another half ProBar.
Weight after run: 146.8 even after 20oz of NUUN/CPro! Taking another Thermalyte now. It's sunny out there!
Run was slow, but GREAT! No pain in the left knee! Left calf was tight(spur related) but I know that will be there. Hamstrings feel tight. I'll stretch them out again before the bike.
Stats: 3.13 miles 30:20 which is a 9:41 mile. Burned 276 calories. Avg HR was 137 and max 190(wrong, Garmin issue). I would average 120 for that pace. It'll hopefully come back.
