Sun came out at the end of my ride :) Nutrition was 40oz of NUUN/water. Took a Thermalyte at the beginning. Ended up doing half of Wednesday's ride, but that okay. It was slow pace, but hilly into DC through the Custis Trail and back.

Left knee didn't bother me which is great!

Stats: 26.07 miles. 1:47:15 which is 14.6mph. Burned 601 calories. Avg HR was 115 and max of 144.
