Okay, it's Aleeve(2pills) in the morning with breakfast and at night with dinner.

I did an hour on the elliptical tonight as my tempo run. Went well. Kept the HR high and no left knee issues.

Burned 600 calories. Avg HR was 138 and max of 153. I was going at 200 steps per minute to get this, so any faster and I would have fallen off the machine :)

I also had PT today with Chris, and we're going to work on left quad strenthening 3 times per week + balance drills. All gentle enough not to interfere with my training, but get more strength in the left leg.
