Feel decent this AM. Right shoulder a little tweaked so I'll pay attention to it ove the next week.
Ate vitamins and mins, 2 thermalytes, and a Bonk Breaker 1:15 before the swim :)
Swim went well. Felt heavy towards the last few laps. Maybe pushed a little too hard, but I did 1.2 :)
