I did feel the tendontis a little during quad stretch before elliptical but it went away after stretching for a bit. Not sure what to make of it. I still think I'm okay. We'll see.

Only drank water and had a banana and a Thermalyte at 30 minutes. Overall was good. The left knee got tight about 40 minutes into it, so after an hour I stretched the quads and hamstrings and it went away.

Did 1:20 and burned 477 calories. Avg HR was 116 and max of 128.

Weight after elliptical: 146.8

Later in the day: The knee is bugging me, maybe 1/10 in pain. I also think I had the ice on too long yesterday and maybe froze the knee a little by accident.
