After work did a 60min tempo ride on the MTB(W&OD). 10 minute warm up and cool down so really 40min of tempo. Ride went well. A little painful :) Left knee had some tweaks but not anything more than the last few months. Better than the elliptical days. Calfs started to cramp when I really pushed it, so it looks like it's time to begin sodium supplements!!
