Well, I got to Garrett Mountain at 4pm and was able to do was 34.75 miles. Did that in 2:10. It was either uphill or downhill within the loop. 15.9 mph. Burned 766 calories. Avg HR was 120 and max of 151.

Felt rushed, but what can you do when you're travelling? I'll need to make sure I swim long and run tomorrow.
