So today, I was able to get on the elliptical for 40 minutes :) Woohoo!
It was a good sign considering I'm basically a fatty right now.
I'm thinking I can do this daily until I add the bike, swim, and eventually the run back into my routine.
My hips feel really tight these days. Pain level in the foot is about 1-3 depending on how I use it.
