Weight before elliptical: 147.5

Weight after elliptical: 145.2 -->

Drank a liter of NUUN/water, plus two coconut water during workout. Drank half a Muscle Milk after, and still so much under weight...or is it??

2 hours. 18000 steps :) Burned 678 calories. Avg HR was 115 and max of 131. Hard to get my HR up.

Left knee felt fine. Calfs, hamstrings, quads very worked out. But all in all, no isssues.
