It was a good day for a barbeque. ME!

Ride went well, but I started to cramp up around mile 55. Got through 63 miles.

I was losing a lot of water during the first 30 miles. Crazy. I'm thinking that I definitely needed more sodium and water. I was taking the Thermalytes every 30 minutes, then forgot and took one after 45 minutes. Then I tried to play catch-up. Didn't work too well.

I also weighed myself at 153 before the ride and 151 after. I won't blame caffeine for today, so we'll have to ride another blazing hot day and I'll pay more attention to the water and sodium. Energy was good and the 600 calorie CPro and KoolAid worked well. Respiration is okay. Better than last Sat after the ride.
