Notes

Left knee is a little sore through the shin a little, but not too bad. Only when I bend the knee.

Morning weight: 148(beginning to think this is my weight now)

Weight after swim: 145.6!!

Good news and bad news. Good news first. Swim was good. 2500m in 1:02:49 which is a little faster than the last 2500m. Also had to share lanes so I wasn't really efficient since my left arm kept knocking into the lane divider, argh....

Bad news: Left knee hurts(3-4/10) when I bend and apply pressure. Felt it pushing off during the swim. Looks like runner's knee at this point. I don't even want to think about it, so I'm icing after each workout from now on.
