That run destroyed me. I thought I at least had enough fitness to run a 9 min mile or even 9:30 for 6 miles.
I need MORE trail practice. Much more!
Burned 664 calories.
In 2008 I would run that averaging 9:15 miles. Of course I wouldn't bike for 4 hours the day before and get hammered :)
