The streets of the city are noticeably harder to run BF on - a lot more glass to watch out for, lots of concrete, and trash we don't normally have in the country and in more rural areas. Got a blister that bled some on the bottom end of my little left toe - don't know why (might have stepped on something sharp) and walked back to the car so it wouldn't get worse.
