From Quail on T. Trail, TR T. Trail up long hill to gravel (2.63), UT to the start.
Longest BF run yet - 5+ miles AND did a lot of hills with no problem - mta, oops, my ankles were sore for the next 1 1/2 days but that's to be expected since I'm just starting hill work. Seems like it's easier to do hills BF than shod??
