Notes
Started off easily and it felt good. Noticed more small /fine pieces of gravel in the road today, but didn't have any significant issues. Reminded myself to relax on two occasions. Sped up on the last half - my pace indicates I'm going faster naturally (even a slow person can speed up!).
MTA: It's 10 PM and my feet (soles) are much more sore than usual - must have bruised them from running faster...
