"Kendrick" came up behind me and we ran in the last 4 mi together. He's 63 and looks 40s, HM PR was 1:25 back in the day, now does a slow 12 mi run once a week and no other running. Looks like a Kenyan but from Trinidad.
Met my goal of a 10 mi easy run under 2 hrs.
