Q to TT - TR TT for 1 lot for 2.02 - UT to Q for 4.04 - repeat for 8.08.
Getting good and/or lucky at pacing based on perception: wanted a slow jog at around 13:00 m/m for this taper week run - ended up at 13:01. My four 2.02 mile splits were approximately 27:00, 26:30, 26:30, & 25:06. I could feel it a little afterward, but it felt like I had really only gone out for a walk and my bare feet were fine - the cool temps helped a lot & I just jogged up the hills. Even though it was really slow, It's a "10" for me.
