Notes
1st 1/2mi = slow warm up & last 1/2mi = slow cool down.
Farthest I've gone barefoot - is it too much too soon? I'll know by tonight...OK, 3mi will be my max for a few weeks. I'll do BF 2xWeek or so, with BF runs between 1-3 mi.
Also walking BF out on the asphalt for about 10 min 2-3x/week (ouch!) to toughen up the soles.
Try one BF run/week along the hilly power line double track.
