Notes
Humid today. I tried to keep my HR low but it was hard from the start since it was so humid outside. I didn't feel like i was straining myself at 162 but forced myself to slow down as much as i could. I am going to try my 1st speed workout on Wednesday. I am planning on doing a tempo run built into a 5 mile loop. I'm excited to try and push myself and see how I feel since I have been running for pretty much 3 weeks as slow as I can.
