Ok...This didn't start out as a speed workout but that's what happened. I felt fast so I just stuck with it. I started to get a side stitch at around 2 miles and I worked really hard to maintain my pace and stick with it. I'm excited to start out faster on Monday and see if I have a chance to break 8 minute miles. Going for a slow run tomorrow.
