I wanted to make sure I stuck to my plan. Running is definitely getting easier. I ran with the HR monitor for the 1st time in a while and it was good to help me keep pace. My avg. HR was about 165 which I am fine with as I feel very comfortable the whole time and my legs generally don't hurt. I feel like the lower mileage runs daily are helping me build mileage as well as stay injury free. I think I got into injury trouble when I would do the 8 milers during the week then a 10 -15 on the weekends. I felt good on the P-loop and wanted to pick up the pace but did a good job holding myself back. As long as I keep telling myself I'm going to do a time trial on Mondays I'm pretty sure I'll keep my pace slow for the other training runs.
