Pretty good run. It was rainy and I felt pretty good so it was hard to hold back. I was up in the 85% Max HR range and It took some effort to keep it down. I didn't feel like i was working that hard but i don't want to overdue it and cause injury. I really have to check my ego with this training and keep telling myself that I am faster than this but it will keep me healthy and able to continue by going slow this early. Ran in the new Brooks Adrenaline GTS11 for the 1st time and I felt pretty good. I'll make sure I only wear them for running as I have a bad habit of using them for other things.
