Notes
This was supposed to be a rest day but Heather and Sofie wanted to go for a run. We ran the whole time and Sofie did great at keeping a good pace. I want to definitely start to run with her more. We went out and bought her a better pair of kids running shoes and I think they will make a big difference for her. I pushed Joey in the jogging stroller and Heather and Sofie ran behind us. Everyone had a great time.
