Ok...At first i started to second guess myself when I saw the time and figured I miscalculated my distance as that's really easy to do and even if I miscalculate by 50 Meters that a good minute more. However, As i think back I know I didn't miss count on the first 500 and that was done in just over 8 Min. and If I slowed down even a little bit a 26:23 is realistic. No part of this workout was comfortable and at 1,250 I really wanted to stop doing Freestyle and take a break with some breaststroke. Instead i pushed through and I was rewarded. Taking a few days off was a huge help. I felt fresh and I'll make sure that's what I do before the Steelman.
