Notes
Another warm, very humid run. 74 degrees/90% humidy at start, almost 80 and 80% humidity at finish. Legs/knee were sore yesterday so I was only going to run 7 today. But once I got out there, I felt really good after I got a few miles in and decided to go a little longer. Ended up being a very solid run given the weather.
