Feeling kind of sick this am (stomach issues), but got out there and got it done. 3 mile warm up; 4 x 400s at 10k pace; 400 recoveries; cool down + 4 striders. I gave myself full recovery and the "fast" intervals were on a slight downhill. It was still hard and I didn't hit my paces, but I've got to start somewhere, right?!
