Overall a very nice run. I did not intend to run this fast - I had planned a recovery run. But after a very slow and unproductive slog on the TM, I had some a little zip and the run felt very easy.
I only had 30 minutes while the boys were doing karate, but it was fun. It was 39 degrees and very windy. Overall I felt really great. My foot is not longer bugging me at all and my legs did not have that heavy feeling. Good stuff - I must be starting to recover!
