NWS at joco airport said only about 70, but my thermometer said about 74. felt really really dead starting off on this run today, not like a runner at all! Probably running like 8:20s and felt like I was running in deep sand. Lack of sleep catching up to me, especially after going overnight to Salina last night to hunt turkeys with Cade and Josiah last evening and this morning. should sleep well tonight!
