Almost hard to know what to call this workout. 3 x Cruise Intervals of 1/2 mile and then 1 x speed interval of 1/2 mile. Got the workout idea from Tom from his coach "Tinman". 4 days prior to mile race -- it's supposed to be a sharpener.
