along in through here I was having Sciatic nerve / piriformis issues and I didn't record my runs for a couple of months in RA and just had them in GC. going back now and catching up the RA log.
It took a good couple of months to get this sciatica going the right direction to where I am finally (11/19) starting to fee like a runner again.
