4 x quarter, after the mile. was pretty dead after only 4 reps that were not even that fast.

My HR is staying DOWN. It could be that it was quite cool this morning? It could be that my O2 supply side is really outracing my utilization as I am getting fitter. I wonder if this means I really need to work more on short intervals to build speed, muscle strength, power, and O2 utilization.
