S 10. well, i was planning to go a little easier than this, but Nick picked me up at the corner and he was running like he was shot out of a bow, so we started about 6:30 pace, eventually slowed to around 6:50, and then I left him to cut off the route to 8 miles & I ran the last 3.5 a little slower. I think it's ok. Plenty of time to rest and recover this week. I don't feel like it was very hard anyway.
