Felt solid solid solid. First lap in 72 felt easy. Pushed a little in the third lap and finished feeling strong. It was a hard effort, but I don't feel like it was an all-out-going-blind-from-O2-debt level effort. I'm optimistic that maybe I really could go 4:40 on a good evening. This was a nice, hard, under control mile. Very happy with it. And it's a grown up PR by a wide margin of nearly 9 seconds. Laps: 72 - 76 - 71.7 - 71.3.
