Well, not a bad race, I guess, since I really don't know what I'm doing racing a 10k. Really really disappointed with myself about that 5th mile split. When I was running I thought the watch said 5:34 rather than 5:54, which just annoys the heck out of me & I wonder if I might have pushed mile 6 just that much more if I had realized how much I had slowed down in mile 5. Guess I should've just raced without the watch at all. Mile 1 was really mismarked badly on the course today, so I'm glad I let Garmin call my splits - all the others matched up pretty nicely.
5:39, 5:40, 5:35, 5:35, 5:54, 5:48, 1:25. 1st Master. 6th OA. Certified course.
