Perfect weather. FWIW (or not) I ran the most even splits I have probably ever run in a 5k. According to Garmin:

5:28.8
0:27.4
Guess I can't fault myself too much for my showing today, although I'm disappointed that I can't seem to break through. Garmin (FP of unreleased unit -- upper tier) had 3.09. I think the course was accurate and certified, though, but the 1 and 2 mile markers on the course were short, I'm pretty sure.
Very very fast field today. Only finished something like 14th overall, with guys like Kory Cool and Kevin Miller up ahead. Got just edged by Ron K. also; I was slowly reeling him (and another guy) in the last mile, but just couldn't quite finish the job.
